ac blows only cold air

hello everybody , I have this megane 2 and I keep having this issue with the ac: it blows only cold air! nothing is changing with the temperature of the air unless I push red button all the way to the highest point when the air becomes very hot , but only one touch blue button and temperature goes back to very cold....what, if anybody can tell me is happening here ?!
