Rear light wire cluster

Which pin/wire colour is which? Have tried searching without any luck.

The goal is to re-attach new towbar-wires to the existing wires. The new wires have different colours however...

maybe you can use this manual (the electrical equipment one) to find it? Ive used it before but now i cant remember if there colors are there
