Hi i do not know what that noise is...have you tried spraying the aux belt with WD40. or removing that belt just to see if it's the alternator AC clutch ..
sorry cannot think of anything else....on the bright side it does not sound like metal rubbing on metal

I watched your video clip. Pity you did not rev the engine slightly to give an idea of increased frequency in relation to engine revs but sounded to me like an aux belt problem. Is your Meg diesel or petrol?
