Keycard not working

Hi
I'm really hoping someone can help!
My keycard has packed up. It's a had a new battery so it's definitely knackered. The car seems to lock itself after a little while so it's currently locked but I can't unlock it with the keycard. A while back I had to have a locksmith to unlock the passenger side as the car battery had died and the blade in my keycard was for a different car (I know). Since then the passenger side is always unlocked. So..... if I open the door the alarm goes off as I can't disarm it. Is there a way to turn off the alarm once I'm in the car so I can drive off without looking like a criminal? This is just until I get my new keycard!
