convertible roof and windows not working after battery change

Good morning
i have a 55 plate RENAULT MEGAN D-MIQUE DCI CONVERTABLE
Every thing was fine until the battery needed changing.( under bonnet battery, not key card.)
Since then the roof and rear windows are not working
I suspect that there may be a reset procedure that needs to be followed after battery changing
What is this please?
Also shows check ignition on the dash and it beeps whilst being driven.
