Cabriolet window problem.

I've got a slight problem with the drivers window on my 2005 megane cabriolet.
When I bought it the drivers window didn't work. I removed the door card to discover that the motor was in fact missing!!
Anyhow I bought a motor and a temic, fitted them both today and the window now works but in reverse.
So When you go to close it the window opens and opens when you close it. Even when putting the roof down. I've tried two temics and it's still the same.
Can anyone help?

Surely just switch the wiring either on the switch or at the temic will cure this problem
