Hi,
can't find a picture of it, but l think it's a metal tube type like l had on a Clio once.
The tube can be removed though it's not easy.
You'll see on you tube a couple of ways to do it without removing the tube but it depends somewhat on how far down and how tight it is.
If its fairly tight and plastic like mine was, you may be able to use a thin drill into it and a screw to pull it out.

The other way is to pressurize the engine block and blow it out from the inside, you could use where you blow your tyres up and set it on 'flat tyre'
take a rag with you to seal when you blow into the oil filler cap, squeeze the breather pipe to block the air escaping there, and cover the dipstick with a rag so it don't shoot out somewhere.
If you're not sure about doing it, try a tyre or mot place, I would think they've had it before and wouldn't charge much.
Good luck
Bob.
