Coolant fan running whilst engine is on

Hi. I have a problem with my 1.5 diesel hatchback. The coolant fan is constantly on until the engine is turned off. Plenty of coolant, oil, etc. I've replaced the temperature sensor and it's still on. Any ideas?

Hi,
it sounds like the relay is stuck on.
I believe it's right at the bottom under the engine fuses and has a number something like 234 on it, but you could maybe pull each relay one at a time to see if the fan stops. You would need jump leads as the battery and tray have to come out and while there check for burnt wires and bad connections, it's not uncommon.

Thanks for the replies! Problem doesn't change of the AC is on or off. Took the battery out and the tray out and couldn't see the relays been looking online and in the manual and it shows me that it may be under the upc/engine accessories cover. Problem is I have no idea how to remove it? Any suggestions? Can't find anything online!
