Megan's grand coupe 2017 fault

Hi All I'm new here, just purchased a renault Megan's grand coupe 2017 1.5 dci EDC, I had 3000km on the clock.
First fault while drive 60km/h message appear in dash"error auto gearbox. So I park safely and swift off engine for 2mins and it's back to normal.
2nd I notice the fan in level 1 you can hear sound like a rotating motor under dashboard it's a tiny little sound. If you increase into level 2 or 3 it's normal you can hear air coming out from the vents. I had 5 year warranty but the problem is I don't have time to bring it back to the dealer and check, I need to book a day off. It's really annoying and I never had this problem in my Toyota Corolla 1.6 vvti auto. And my 10 year old 2007 santafe auto never had a problem like this.
