Are all Megane MK2 bumpers the interchangeable?

Hi all,
Sorry pretty basic question - are the MK2 bumper interchange, tried searching but struggling to find the answer.
Not had a great Xmas car wise! Couple days before Xmas someone ran into the back of my brand new Civic Type R! And a couple days after someone has ran into the back of the wife’s 2007 megane! Hence the question.
So would the bumper from say a 2003 / 2004 fit the 2007?
