Random beeping - no warning lights. Help!

This morning my car (2012 Megane) was making the warning beeps but there were no warning lights on the displays, I have no idea what's wrong. I've got to work but am now nervous about driving it later. Doesn't seem to be any loss of power. For info, last year the cambelt went prematurely (under 4 years old, 42k miles) and the whole engine was replaced.

Hi,
if there are no lights or message 'STOP' or limp mode, l don't think it's mechanical.
See what the beep is when you don't fasten your belt, when you leave the lights on, when the card isn't removed and any other beep it can do.
You might see which beep it is and it may just be a connection or damp somewhere.
Otherwise l can only suggest a diagnostic reader to see if anything has registered a fault.
