The Mégane II Owners' Club

Hi very simple question, for electronic start on Cabrio, turn on electrics with key in its slot and single push of the button, no pedals pressed (engine not started), are the reverse lights supposed to work? I need to know just to check for power to a fuse since engine wont start at the moment!

My reversing lights only work with Engine started....not to sure how to turn on car without starting it to check reversing lights work I have to ask somebody or back up to a shop window to check....
