Clutch pedal sensor

Hi I've just registered on here so not used to the site yet I've a problem with my Megan's dynamique 2004 I found two wires disconnected from the clutch pedal sensor so I put wires back in and they keep coming out of sensor not sure if wires too short. Got any ideas anyone I'm a newbie so hope I've said this right thanks from lodgey

Hi,
welcome to the forum
maybe the connector isn't clipping into the switch properly.
You probably need a new switch, quite cheap on ebay.
Take a look on you tube how to remove the switch if you are a novice.

Yes, the wires are short - design fault. They break because of it. A good idea is to extend them a bit.

where do I get the wires to extend them one is brown and other is pink . where will I find them im not to hot with cars but willing to have ago

You need wire the same thickness, ask at Halfords or Maplins, if necessary, show them the wires or tell them what it's for. Colour doesn't matter, so long as you link pink to pink etc.
