The Mégane II Owners' Club

I am trying to fix my none working washers on my 2006 Megane. I have put the ignition on, just found out how to do that, and there is a buzzing from the engine compartment.
I havnt a clue about how to work my circuit tester, but I am hoping its a pump fault. The tester does show a reading when I press the stalk, when I have the red/black probes inserted, but its a very low volt reading. Maybe its me, lol.
The rear pipes did seem blocked when I blow air thru them, front seemed ok.

The pumps don't cost a fortune ( ebay ) make sure it's for front and rear,
best replace it and it's eliminated.
