Lose wire in boot

Ive got a Unconnected wire in my 2010 megane boot, it's pale pink and white and has a flat black connector on it does any one know what this is for? :banghead :banghead

Do you have keyless entry? Sounds like the cable for the sensor.

Hi,
if everything is working properly just tape it up.
Probably someone fitted a reverse camera or parking sensor.

Don't have keyless entry and parking sensors are working fine was hopping it was an extra speaker wire thanks for helping me

Hi,
speaker wire would be double.
lf it worries you, connect it to a bulb with an earth and see if it lights up when the car is running.
Otherwise just tape it up and hide it so no kids or dogs can bite it.
