Cruise Control activation

Hi guys,
I'm Rui and I'm currently living between Newcastle and Sheffield.
I've owned an '06 Megane II 1.9 dci for 3 years now and I've recently installed Cruise Control following the tutorial on this forum.
I think I did all the work according to the instructions but for some reason it's not working.
I'm now looking to turn on the functionality on the ECU so I think I need to plug in a Clip diagnostic tool to do so.
Because this is quite expensive at the dealership I was thinking some of you may have this tool?
