I finally fixed problem with misfire. It took time to diagnose - it was bad fuel injector. It was easy to test in the end as it was reporting much higher ohm readings >30 than others ~15.5. Also swapping them gave different cylinder reported by computer.

Hi,
well done on finding it.
Have to say though that any bad earth to engine would first affect the starter motor.
Also the electrical difference in the injector circuit should have shown up as a fault code.
