Select neutral/low battery / fan kicking in

These 3 things are happening now and again on my Renault Megane 2008 dci
Heard it could be the fuse box at fault , anybody else had the same issues ?

hi i had a similar problem ,put card in press start nothin just the fan coming on bought 2 fuse boards still no diffrent , checked wiring someone mentioned a orange wire in the loom in front of battery , but mine was a green wire at the back of battery, i found it by luck .. when the fan was on i wriggled wires around battrey and it went off wriggled again and it came back on ,all i did then was traced the broken wire in the loom ..so my guess would be a damaged /broken wire
