05 Megane 1.9dci "Injection Fault"

Hi all, just want to hear if anybody had this problem before. My Megane pops an "injection fault" when I step on the gas in 4th gear and then step on the clutch to basically free. As soon as my revs start to drop down the "injection fault" message appears and the engine switches off. I then have to wait 5 seconds and then it starts up as normal. Driving normally it drives fine and with no problems.

What sensor could perhaps cause this?

OBD Fault Code will help...

There's a number of things which trigger this message.
