Fit 3-door seats into a 5-door?

can any one tell me for certain if i can bolt the seats from a 3door mk2 megane into a 5 door mk2 please.

I have put a set of full leathers from a 5 door into a 3 door since I mainly drive by myself I don't bother about having to use two levers to let someone in the back
The only issues are:
-5 door has its pretensioners in the seat, 3 door has them under the B-pillar
-5 door has its seatbelt integrated into the seat, 3 door has it coming out of where the passenger foot space is as far as I know... It's a 30 min job to swap things around but fully doable
