has anybody used a fluid extractor to change the oil I'm getting older and struggle to crawl under the car and change oil that way ,I can borrow a pela 6000 to try I don't think it would do no harm to try I know the amount of oil in the sump and would check it against the pela which holds 6 litres

Most of the modern cars are serviced this way but unless your dipstick tube diameter is big enough to fit a suction tube down(which I doubt) or your dipstick tube goes to the base of the sump then I doubt it would work.
