Hello
I own a 2007 megane 1.9 dci 130hp automatic
the previous owner had removed the DPF and reprogram it
I am getting around 9.7l to 100KM in the city (24.2MPG) and 8l to 100KM on motorway (29.4)
and I think its not a good mpg
the car has done 212000km (131730miles)
the engine light is off and I also have access to a Renault can clip device
any ideas on what to do?
also I have an annoying creaking noise from the rear doors and I can find the problem..

Re: Megane 1.9DCI poor mpg
Oil, filters, EGR valve, compression check, injector return flow check, timing belt - in about this order. On the other hand, I switched from a 1.9dci to RS250 Cup and no regrets. The latter is built by far better and more practical.
