Immobiliser problem

When i insert keycard imobiliser light goes out, press clutch then start button, nothing happens apart from immobiliser light goes solid RED.

Question, if i insert key imobiliser light goes out, can i bump start car?

asking before trying as if it will not start i have to push it back up the hill

As I understand it, if the immobiliser is on then there will be no fuel pump, ignition, etc.
So no to a bump start.
