changing the front badge

hi guys, i'm wondering how I change the front badge on my megane dci 80

I'm wanting to change it to a black Renault logo, I have the badge here but not sure how i can Safely remove the original silver badge.

Few hints and tips in here..

Some say bumper off, others suggest by removing just the front grill.
