The heaters stopped working in the car

Hi I am new to this but my friend said to go on the forums
As people are really helpful I need help the car heaters are not working I have had a look at the fuses and they are fine and the cars a renault megane 225 and just one more thing what to get the car remapped or thing that I have seen its called a bluefin to do it yourself witch is better thanks for the help

Any luck as mine isn't working even the screen doesn't light up
