electrical issues

Hi Just bought a Megane2 1.6 vvt and it has a few electrical faults which is no great shock.

the main one is I cant lock or unlock the bloody thing. its the key card thingy all the doors lock and unlock fine with the dash button but zero response with the buttons on the key card (changed battery resoldered the coil and battery terminals switches work).
other issues are front n/s dip beam not working (no power going to the bulb) front pas electric window not working)
is this all related or seperate issues (water ingress in the body control mod)

on the plus side the sunroof wasnt parking properly in the closed position did the reset hold button thing and thats working
