Megane 1.4 2005 repeated coil failure/misfire.

Hello Folks,
Have experienced a misfire on my 2005 1.4 & cured it by changing coil pack on cyl #3. After 2hrs running the misfire re-appeared. Exactly the same symptoms. On checking the coils there appeared to be water ingress into the #2 & #3 plug wells. Anyone experienced this? I'm wondering if this is taking out the coil packs? Is it fixable. Tks in anticipation.
