Heater is not working

I own a Renault megane 2004 1.4 petrol

Heaters have stopped working totally

I have changed the resistor I tried it again and it did not work for me

Please guys can you tell me what to look for next.?

I read somewhere to clean the relay but I cannot find this ?

I have looked under the glove box thoroughly

I checked the fuse under the glove box the one under the Bonnet I cannot get to

welcome to the forum ,

i see your first post was to ask for help and your second post was to slag off the forum just 24 hours after posting , you made no attempt to post in the introduction section;

you can not have had a good look around the forum or used the search function to try and find answers as there are plenty of post on the heater , these forums are not manned 24 hours a day with vast amounts of users so i little patience is needed which it seams you don't have , enjoy your stay how ever long it may be
