I took the time to watch the video as I was curious about why an injector on a Renault 1.9 diesel would cause problems having removed my injectors several times to clean them on a Peugeot 205 diesel back in the mid eighties...

( by clean them I mean taking the injector out and then dismantling/splitting them to clean the needle of soot that built as the car was doing 50k a year .. the were hellish tight to split and even more difficult to tighten and seal such was the force needed )

Back then it cost a bloomin fortune for diesel injector work and I was warned not to split them, but the car went on to do 375k on the same clutch and only got scrapped because I forgot to do the cambelt a second time !
