Check Injection - PO487 - PO409

I recently purchased a Renault Megane 1.5 DCI II on an 03 Plate that has 116,000+ Mile on the clock.

It currently has the "Service" light eliminated and the EML.

Fault Codes

PO487/ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Throttle Position Control Circuit
I've done nothing to try and fix this issue as I don't have a clue what to do.

PO409/ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor "A" Circuit
I've attempted to clean the EGR by removing the solenoid, gaining access to the side of the EGR Valve. This has not cured the issue but the engine does appear to run slightly better.

Check Injection
This comes up on my head up display and when this message comes up the car appears to lack power for a short period of time and then regains all power. (This issue has only ever come up when on the motorway in 5th gear and with the Accelerator pressed semi aggressively) *This usually happens when first entering a motorway.*

Any suggestions or help with any of these issues?
