Advice required

Afternoon All

I've had my Megane 2 1.9Dci estate for 2 months and every now and again while driving over a speed bump or if its heavily loaded in the back I hear what sounds like metal rubbing on the N/S rear spring, anyway today I decided to remove the wheel and take a look (a big job for me).....what I've noticed is the spring is curved and its actually rubbing against the chassis/body......please take a look at the piccys and let me know your thoughts.

Thanks a lot in advance!!

Looks as though the top of the spring has snapped, definately not fitted right looking at the bottom photo
Drive it like you stole it

Oh wow....ok, would the snap be visible? I took a look at the spring and it looked as though it was seated ok? But to be fair I wouldnt have a clue what its supposed to look like anyway lol

They only take 15 mins each side and you will see the way they go its pretty much fool proof.
lift both sides at the same time and they fall out. Easy
