carminat cd

hi have the carminat satnav in the car and was trying the disk that was supplied and it says installation failed read up on the system and are there supposed to be 2 cds with the unit 1st one being an installation cd and the second one with maps have the maps but desperate for the installation cd any help would be appreciated

You can sometimes find them on Ebay.
