The Mégane II Owners' Club

I bought a '55 plate megane 1.4 oasis CDI and was fine for first few days but for the last 24 hours I haven't been able to engage the car into gear whilst it's started. I can engage every gear when the engine is off but as soon as I start the engine I can no longer engage gears. If I start the car in gear it is as if I was starting it in gear without the clutch down and lurches forward or backwards, despite me having the clutch pressed in to switch on the car.

Any ideas what the cause and solution for my problem could be is greatly appreciated.

the clutch actuator near the clutch disk has broken down or the hydraulic system to make it release the clutch has failed, because of a line broken, air in the system, no oil.

It must be check any of these two.
