Fault Code Reader

Hi

I have a Renault Megane 2 1.5dci 2004. I would like to buy a Fault Code Reader and resetter tool (off course much needed with one of these cars). Can anybody recommend one on the marker that works? I haver found one with the following protocols but do not know the protocol for the engine management on the 1.5dci.

The Renault Clip is pretty much the Only thing that Will ler You access the ECU.

I have a Renault Megane II 1.6 16v (Benzen) and I was able to read and reset fault codes using a cheap AUTEL MS509 unit from eBay.. It's about 40$.. But be aware that Autel stopped producing these units and all the units on eBay are copies.. Anyway.. there is a cheaper product (which is also a copy) called MS309 (20$) will also do the job..
