chck unjection at 130km/h
Hello everyone! So here I have a megane 2 Phase 2 1.5 DCI 105 for almost 1 year, it rolls nikel but last week I went on the highway exceeds 130 then "check injectionappears and the engine goes into safety mode. (Loss of power) In town to test I riding in the 4000 rev / min is no message appears on the highway! So I went around the forum and I saw on either problem is pressure sensor, temperature sensor or glow plug! In your opinion or it may come?? Thank you
Re: chck unjection at 130km/h
What year is the car?
How many miles / KMS on the car?
When was the last fuel and air filter change carried out?
Although these modern cars are very electrical, they still rely on basic servicing to keep them healthy.
I doubt the glowplug will be your issue, since this generally on gives the message when starting from cold.

Re: chck unjection at 130km/h
No air bubbles in the fuel line when the car is sits at idle?
I trust the car has had regular oil changes through out it life to date using fully synthetic oil?
A little early in the cars life to suspect an injector since you can hope to get 200,000 miles out of a set of injectors with the modern fuels...
I wouldn't think the issue is with the common rail pressure switch since this at extremley high pressure all the time regardless of vehicle speed.
Without a fault code, my gut feeling is an EGR valve issue - either the ECU is not able to command the valve to it's position. Since the EGR valve position is fed back to the ECU for fuel scheduling, I suspect this is what is causing the ECU to throw up the message.
Might be worth a specialist to read the fault code for you since this will be logged in the ECU's non-volatile memory.
Good luck - hope this helps...

Mine kept doin this, on the motorway at 70mph it would bleep n flash up check injection. No fault codes, but turned out to be the egr that was stuck from time to time, gave it a full strip down and clean. Car has been perfect ever since! Mine is also 1.5dci
