No high beam or right indication

Hi Folks i hope you can help i have searched the forum but can not seem to find what i need.

I brought a Megane 1.5 DCI 2005 last week and after my purchase i have found that i have got no right indication neither do i have any high beam lights I do not get the blue symbol on the dash. All indicators flash using the hazard button.

i am lost to the problem.

can any one please help me out i have search and searched
