How hard to swap rear hubs?

Got ABS fault narrowed down to rear RHS wheel on my 2005 dci 1.5. Been advised to swap over rear hubs to confirm its the hub thats the problem if the fault changes to LHS.How hard is it to sway the rear hubs with each other?

The ABS ring are built into the rear discs, so can you not simply swap them over?

Thanks for the reply. So can I simply swap hub and disc or just disc to see if fault changes to other side?

I can see no reason you couldn't. The abs part on the disc is simply a magnetic ring, your problem maybe some dirt or something or even damage to the abs sensor, you will be able to see this when you have the disc off tho. :-)
