Sunroof stock and I don't know how to Open it

Hi Guys
I got Megane 2003. Sunroof is stock and I don't know how to open it to investigate the problem. I think I must replace the roller but I don't know how ? :-( :cry

please help me,

Driver windows is not opening as well . Doesn't coming down it just stock the where it is.

Can you help me ?

Have you checked the fuses?
