intake air temp

Hi. Ive hooked my car up to a delphi diagnostic machine and everything looks good except a iat reading of 27 degrees when its around 10 degrees outside. Does this seem right. Any help would be great. Its a f9q 800 engine

27 is different from 10, i am afraid. The measured value can be higher on a warm engine. Does it change under load when driving? Where are the plots of live sensor readings?
