Same thing happened to me. Had to go to Renualt, new ECU, wiring loom and UPC board.

First try the the hair dryer on the external fuse board (UPC) and that should bring it to life otherwise your looking at around minimum £350 if its just the UPC

...or at 10-20% of this if getting a second-hand UPC from ebay and plugging it it DIY... The engine ECU is not usually affected, but becomes unreachable when a faulty UPC cuts the power to it.

With a second-hand UPC - make sure it comes from a similar car, because the alternator type is coded into it.
