'Injection fail message' 1.6 petrol scenic 57plate auto

Car - 57 plate 1.6 petrol automatic, 40k miles

History Owned 2 years, no previous issues apart from replaced coils 18 months ago following emissions error, all works fine

Hi,

3 days ago my wife was driving when suddenly a message appears 'injection failed' and the car lost all power. She stopped for a couple of minutes and started the car with no problems. I hoped it was a one off but today it happened again, any ideas what it may be? Its in the garage next week for an MOT so I will inform them and get a full service at the same time, I'd like to have some idea of what I may be facing here though so any advice will be gratefully received
