starts fine but then

hi all the wifes 2002 1.6 dymaniqe is playing up it starts fine but the after about 20 seconds the revs fall off then cuts out,no ecu/service light on.have changed the tdc sensor and water temp sensor also put new battery on but still keeps cutting out especially when cold,warm the car up it will tickover but runs rough. can anyone help
