Rear screen

Any one help I hav 2006 1.5dci and have found out that only 2 lines work on heated screen where can I get repair kit to fix issue???? Thanks 
there is a universal kit, applied with a small brush to rebuild the lines. you will need a multimeter to detect where the resistance line in the window is broke and apply a thin line of this product. i dont know the name but search on google, you will find it for sure
