Sorry if there is already a post about this but I don't exactly know what to search for.
The button on the doors (outside) that locks the doors is only working on 1 door. The locks work and unlock with the sensors behind the handle. I don't know how the doors detect the key, are they all linked or independent?

I was told this is a sensor issue , I'm hoping someone knows how this problem can be solved ( I have a similar problem) and if the new sensor needs reprogramming .
