No idea, I don't have one. Try reading the manual in the sticky thread first.

Don't you think it needs sun to operate?.. :jest

my sunroof had the same problem. i fixed it by opening the roof to half way, then removing the two T25 torx screws on either side of the window when looking at the sides from inside the car, then carefully undoing the T25 screws on the rear runners. with some assistance lift the glass over the car and rest it somewhere safe. then get some silicone GREASE not spray. then put some in the runners and move the rear runners back and forth a bit to spread it about.

you could put a light smear of silione grease on the sealing rubber to soften it up again. dont worry the silicone grease wont have an advere effect on the rubber. that fixed mine

hope it helps :)

It's more likely to be worn rubber feet/bushes on the lifting bracket. Do you get a rattle when driving ? Open the sunroof to first setting , look on side of sunroof where the torx bolt is and where the bracket goes into the runner you should see two rubber feet/bushes.
There is a replacement via Renault but they want £80 !!
Quick look on eBay.co.uk and they are around £20, but no idea how good quality they are.

I got a replacement set for around £8 on ebay. I have replied to a previous thread with links to the plastic bush things and also a link on how to change them :)
seems to be a common problem
