Driver side main beam not working

Driver side main beam not working
Hi all its been a long time but Im still here and still have the meg! Anyhow problem Im having at the moment is driver side main beam dont work. Ive tried the obvious as in new bulbs checked fuses etc but still wont work. multimeter says there is voltage going to the bulb but it wont go on? Any ideas would be greatly welcome.

Hi Scoop,
It was ages! Have you checked the ground circuit as well? Do an experiment: plug the bulb in the holder, connect its flange to the ground circuit with a wire and see...

I mean the following: remove the bulb, then plug it back into the connector (when was unplugged in order to pull the bulb out), then complete the ground circuit with an additional wire. The point of doing it is to test the circuit under load. If it does work, then the problem is with the ground connection to the light; if it does not, then check the positive voltage circuit.
