wont start HELP

wont start HELP
HI all got a problem megane 2 1.9 dci just had turbo go chucked oil out of breather and exhaust not happy fitted new turbo but now car wont start and run. I had to replace the 400amp fuse on + battery termial as i had a dead short which I HAVE FIXED I have also had a diagnostic m/c hooked up which said fuel pressure regulator which Ihave also changed no more fault codes showing but car still wont start IHAVE FUEL going to the injectors no air bubbles now need HELP
