after having turbo replaced, we got car back from garage,
and turning it on the next day it seems to have an intermittent fault with electric windows,
one will work then not work then they all work bla bla bla, then the drivers side goes down then starts all by itself raising an inch at a time, what on earth?

Re: electric window issue
Sir, moderate your language, or I'll moderate you.
Owning a Megane can be an infuriating experience at times, God knows, we all have off days. But, throwing the toys out over a window issue is hardly fair on the rest of us.
I take it you have reset the windows as per the manual? If so, you have an electrical problem that needs investigating.
Post back with more consideration, and you will receive further help.
Thanks.

Now then, I could have:
1) deleted your message
2) deleted your reply
3) replied with sarcasm
4) pointed out that in the last 2,400 or so of my posts are generally helpful (I hope)
5) done nothing
I'll just say again, if you want further help, have a look at the post about substituting the common auto-relay for the regulator.
I, remain sir, your obedient servant. We are all volunteers here.

Tbh, I read over this but didn't respond as there is sooo much stuff about the windows on this site that if you use search you need not ask. I think that's kind of becoming a problem, so many questions have already been asked and responded to, of the search is used you'll find a response to most, especially such common problem areas such as the windows...

Re: electric window issue
seriously joe you go to the search mode, and find the answer then, as you state there's so many posts, and most go no where or are filled with off topic guess's etc etc, i asked as i didn't at the time have a week to search all the old poosts, if its such a common issue why is it not in the sticky issues part!!!!!

Re: electric window issue
Your fairly vague with your question but I would assume that this post viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8855
Should go some way to help diagnose the issues??

Re: electric window issue
Rapidshed,
I saw your message, but the description of the problem is very vague. I don't think you want to read an equally superficial answer. So, I decided to save your time, as you "don't have a week"... Seriously, please read your original post again and see what I mean. Many others, probably, also decided to wait for a better description. Please take it easy and start writing, preferably in sentences...

Re: electric window issue
Additionally, I posted a sticked thread on how to search this site more efficiently.
Go to google.co.uk
type your terms followed by site:meganeownersclub.co.uk
ie:
window glitch site:meganeownersclub.co.uk
I hope you find your answer.
