Front Seat Removals On 04 Megane

Anybody any idea on how to remove both front seats on 04 megane, im looking to take them out so i can give my carpet a good clean etc.

So easy mate.

I did mine to hoover up.

I think there T20 torx. 2 on each rail.

Is yours a 2004 54?

What about the electrics etc how do i disconnect them.

On mine there is one wire into the floor from the chair, follow that and you'll find a plug, dont just pull it slide the grau part, you'll see it, and that will release the plug and allow you to pull it out :-)
Oh and I disconnected the battery prior to doing this just to be on the safe side

Joe makes a good point. It is recommended that the battery is disconnected for 20 minutes or more - you don't want an airbag to suddenly explode (this is what most of the wires are about).

Remember to reset the windows and radio code before starting work.
