Are HandsFree Keycards the same as Non-Handsfree ones?

Postby starspud » Wed Feb 22, 2012 9:05 pm

As subject really - the Megane CC Privilege i'm going to pick up seems to have Handsfree (depress clutch+start), however there is only one keycard with it that has damage to the casing. Just wondered if the handsfree cards have any internal differences to the others. If so, what's different?

thanks

I was told they aren't. On cars with Hands Free it's the car that is equipped to look for the card.
Ottoman Blue 2.0 VVT Privilège 5 Door - Full beige leather, ESP, Xenon headlights, Carminat Navigation, Cruise etc.
Ink Blue 2.0 VVT Dynamique 3 Door... Black Leather, heated seats, panoramic sunroof, tyre pressure sensors, Hands Free etc.
